I love this shake, very nice taste. I do prefer the vanilla though, but I bought both flavours.

I was advised to use a vegan protein shake, instead of whey, and this option is excellent.

Both the Vanilla and Choc Protein Shakes are incredibly delish, yet filling at the same time. I've been adding it to smoothies, mixing it into low fat plain yoghurt with some berries (favorite!!!), having it as a milky... I've also replaced it with my old habit of having a hot choc drink before bedtime. Now I know I'm replacing it with something for the muscle to work on during sleep and I do not go to bed feeling nibbly, peckish and hungry anymore.
