Chocolate Protein Diet Shake

Both the Vanilla and Choc Protein Shakes are incredibly delish, yet filling at the same time. I've been adding it to smoothies, mixing it into low fat plain yoghurt with some berries (favorite!!!), having it as a milky... I've also replaced it with my old habit of having a hot choc drink before bedtime. Now I know I'm replacing it with something for the muscle to work on during sleep and I do not go to bed feeling nibbly, peckish and hungry anymore.

A really delicious appetite suppressant. It's so filling! I would highly recommend it.

The last purchase was for my mom, so she will be using the products but I have used them as well and have seen great results. It also taste delicious so that's fantastic.
