Vanilla Protein Diet Shake

Im loving the Diet Protein Shakes for Breakfast. Full me up for at least 3.5 hours and add the extra protein to my diet. I add a teaspoon of almond butter to the shake with fat free milk, water and Ice.

I like the fact that is so low in calories and high in protein.
It tastes great an its own and i love adding it to my breakfast.

I'm not a shake person, I mostly struggle to finish even a glass of it but the Jenna Carmen Vanilla Protein Diet Shake is a winner. I absolutely love it!
